Limited Warranty
LG Art Factory designs high-quality technical products. If, however, you have a quality problem with any of your products, we will guarantee it for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials (fabrics, loops, loops, etc.) and workmanship (assembly, stitching, gluing, etc.).
THE WARRANTIES DO NOT APPLY IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
- Rental and/or demonstration products
- Commercial use
- Normal wear and tear of the product caused from its use (scratches, graphic wear, tears, UV degradation, pilling, mesh and snags)
- Damage caused by abrasion against surfaces such as Velcro or a strap, a zipper, a shoulder bag, a backpack, or a wetsuit
- Damage and breakage resulting from abuse, negligence, damage caused by chlorine or salt, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accident and/or misuse
- Damage in the case of fire or spark on the product
- Damage caused by the dryer or drying in front of a stove or fireplace
- Damage in the event of an impact or fall
IMPORTANT
These limited warranties apply only to the original owner of products purchased from LG Art Factory or our website and cannot be transferred to a subsequent owner in any way.
Original proof of purchase must be provided at the time of claim. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement with an identical product, at the discretion of LG Art Factory. No monetary refund is offered for product damage that exceeds 30 days from the purchase date.
LG Art Factory shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or exemplary damages suffered by any of the parties. This warranty replaces and excludes all other warranties. LG Art Factory is not responsible for any repair costs incurred by the user. Any product replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remaining original warranty period.
PROCEDURE
How to make a warranty repair/replacement request:
- Confirm whether your product is covered by any of the above warranties by contacting us via email atventes@lgartfactory.com and providing clear images of the damage. We will also need the model and product number found on the label. Additionally, present the original purchase proof of the product.
- If the return is authorized, we will send you a prepaid return coupon with one of our carriers to ship the item back to us. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but LG Art Factory will assume the cost of returning the repaired or replaced product to customers.
- You must clean the product before returning it; it may be refused if it is dirty or odorous.
- Experts from our customer service department will examine the garment to confirm if the breakage is covered by the warranty (1 to 4 weeks).
- If it is covered, we will proceed with the repair or replacement. (The timeframe depends on the availability of parts/replacement products).
- If it is not covered, we will return it to your address.
We do not accept unwashed products or products containing any objects in the pockets. The garment will be immediately returned to the sender at their expense if they do not meet this condition.
REPAIRS ON NON-WARRANTED CLOTHING
It is normal for your clothing to endure rough use for several hours, days, or even years. Therefore, we can offer a repair service at the adventurer's expense for accidents not covered by the warranty on certain products and damages that can be repaired in our workshop. Contact us via email at ventes@lgartfactory.com nd provide us with images showing the damage, as well as the model and product number found on the label. We will be happy to explore solutions and provide you with a repair estimate. that demonstrate the breakage as well as the model and number of the product that is on the label. It will be our pleasure to explore possible solutions and send you a repair quote.
