Processing time is approximately 2 business days from the order date. Shipping times vary greatly depending on the destination. 

LG Art Factory processes orders Monday to Friday (between 9am and 5pm EST). 

Orders are shipped from Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures, Quebec, Canada and are delivered by Canada Post in Canada, by Canada Post/USPS in the United States and by DHL, Asendia and APC internationally. 

All orders will be delivered by regular mail unless otherwise specified. 

Free Shipping Policy & Exclusions

We offer complimentary shipping on most items when the order subtotal for qualifying products reaches $100 CAD ($30 USD for US Customers). Additionally, registered members are eligible for free shipping on qualifying products regardless of the order value.

Exclusion: All bicycles are classified as oversized items and are strictly excluded from all free shipping offers and promotions. Standard shipping charges, calculated at checkout based on the carrier and destination, will always apply to orders containing a bicycle.

For other orders, shipping costs are fixed and vary based on your shipping address and not on the weight of your package. 

Canada: $12 CAD* 

United States: $16 CAD (approx. $12 USD)** 

International: $26 CAD (approx. €18 EUR)** 

• We use the amount before taxes to determine eligibility for free shipping. Free shipping does not apply to custom or made-to-measure project orders. 

** Purchases shipped to the United States and International are free of Canadian taxes. However, it is important to note that we are not responsible for your local taxes or duties.
